FBP Tax Service started with two desks in an office on the east side of Waco,Texas in a Beauty Salon. The 2003 tax year was a success. In 2004 FBP Tax Service began with a new office on 18th street of Waco,Texas filing electronic tax returns doing business as  ( dba) 18th & Austin Tax Service for marketing purposes. 

FBP Tax Service dba18th & Austin Tax Service in Waco,Texas filled over 6000 tax returns year 2004 through 2010 along with other sub offices inside convenient stores located in Waco,Tx. In June of 2010 the main office of FBP Tax Service located at 18th & Austin Avenue was sold and purchased by new owners. 

In 2010 FBP Tax Service/ William T Fuller Jr and associates decided to relocate into Houston,Texas.

FBP Tax Service continues to operate today.
